What materials can be used in keepsake jewelry?

I work with a variety of meaningful materials, including ashes, breast milk, hair or fur, fabric or cloth, pregnancy keepsakes, and other small sentimental items. If you are unsure whether something can be used, you are always welcome to reach out before ordering.

How much material do I need to send?

Only a small amount is needed.

Ashes: about 1 tablespoon

Breast milk: 1 ounce, sent in a breast milk storage bag or tightly sealed container

Hair or fur: a small lock

Fabric or cloth: a small piece

Any remaining material can be returned upon request.

How long does the process take?

Each keepsake is handcrafted with care. The current turnaround time is approximately 4 to 6 weeks, not including shipping. You will receive updates throughout the process.

Is my material safe?

Yes. All materials are handled with care, respect, and discretion. They are securely stored and used only for your keepsake.

Will my piece look exactly like the photos?

Each keepsake is handmade and one of a kind. While the overall design will reflect your chosen piece, slight variations in color, texture, and placement are natural and part of the beauty of handcrafted jewelry.

Can I choose add-ons like shimmer or flakes?

Yes. Optional add-ons include opal shimmer, white shimmer, pink shimmer, blue shimmer, gold flakes, silver flakes, and brass flakes. You may request light or heavier application, or a combination of add-ons.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each piece is custom-made and deeply personal, all sales are final. If there is an issue with workmanship, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order.

Will I receive updates during the process?

Yes. You will receive emails when your order is received, when your materials arrive, and when your keepsake is complete and shipped.
